Are free accounts still limited to yard images?

bilang: The reason I ask is because I just came across a free account that uploaded an image minutes ago, and it has 1023 total images. I was actually going to report the account, but before i did that, I noticed the prototype total. edit: And just at present afterwards I posted this, they uploaded some other, and then they at present have 1024, and they definitely take the "give pro" sign under their proper name. 	John Frattura bilang: I think this might just be a cache thing on Flickr's end being a little dull. The user shows eleven pages of images, just when I click on page xi, it shows no images, and the total image count changes to 1000. If I refresh the folio, information technology goes dorsum to a number higher than 1000. I'm guessing the user is currently deleting former images, and uploading new ones, and the number shown on his page takes some time to catch up. So mystery solved (probably). I seem to think that these wouldn't exist deleted, and so a user could have a complimentary account of, for example, 1500 Creative Commons licensed photos?
