  1. Then allow me guess, you tried logging in, put your UN and Pow in the launcher and gear up to fight full server monster and oh snap... what'due south this. "Enter your game code." Ok, mr. launcher expert thing i saved that email! "This code has already been used." WTF SE, why does it have to be so hard to play this game, now what's wrong! Well allow me help yous out. ane. Bank check your email, I found an email from SE in my spam folder from 4 days ago. ii. google mog station. 3. log in to mog station using your game United nations and Pow. 3. enter the groovy code that you recived. 4. Click ok, side by side and yes I have your terms to ownership my soul and all the other stuff you lot take to click on. five. Voila you accept thirty days game time play, log into the game and commence the battle of the full server. But WAIT THERE'Due south MORE! If you say, "I didnt get an electronic mail" did you lodge from Amazon? If yous did then cheque your game libray on the site and gauge what happened, they changed your reg cardinal and didn't think anyone may need to know that. I actually hope that helps some people out there.
  2. Im and so confused why does this have to be so ****ing hard....

    I have no recent emails from foursquare, the ones I exercise accept accept my preorder code which I already registered and my game code which I as well registered. I have no idea what code I'thousand supposed to exist entering and when I got to the mog station I dont fifty-fifty meet anywhere to enter a code to begin with.

    I've never had a harder time giving somebody money... This is infuriating.

  3. Ran into an issue somewhat related. A buddy and I both preordered from Amazon. I picked it upwards a piddling over a calendar week ago and he grabbed it on the 25th. Today, we both got the enter your activation code deal. Took me a bit but I constitute mine on the Amazon site but my buddy couldnt find his. He ended up coming over considering we figured he was doing something wrong but when he arrived and we hit his Amazon account, there was no sign of his purchase in his history. We went back to the electronic mail he received from Amazon and followed the link to Amazon and it said his order had been cancelled.

    Now, he has been playing on early on access until today when he received the reactivation deal. Since the guild was showing as cancelled (he did not cancel the order) and his account hadnt been charged for the game, we went to repurchase the game but, sales had been cancelled apparently (not sure when this happened only as of a couple hours ago, we couldnt purchase information technology). His Square Enix account shows the preorder merely we dont seem to have whatever way to reactivate the business relationship. Needless to say, he is very frustrated. Not simply because he cant play merely also because he has no idea if he'll be able to link back to his character to continue progression.

    I've tried to remain positive through the launch of the game but this is really starting to push button the limits. I've been playing MMOs since 1999 and expect to have problems early on just these are getting crazy.

  4. @Milk shake afterwards you log on to mog station the five empty confined to put in your 20 digit code should be looking you in the face, if it isn't I really have no clue what's going on with your business relationship. @madweazl I know SE stopped selling digital copies earlier this week, could your friend have ordered after they stopped, and if he's hhad money withdrawn from his account then my ass would be on the telephone with amazon right meow!
  5. What the heck? My launcher is asking me for the code, which I put it in and stop upward saying the code has been already used. Well, duh! By me! My roommate is having the same problem here.

    What'due south going on? There's no words on Square-Enix on this change.

    And no, I didn't go any email from Square-Enix. I ordered straight from Square-Enix. Why now? I've been playing since Aug 24th.

    This game is outstanding and all, just I doubt everyone sold out all concrete copies.

  7. @Dragonix I bought from SE directly and have been playing since mean solar day one of EA. If y'all oasis't, think to cheque your spam folder, I was sent the new code 4 days ago I just didn't realize it til this forenoon.

    FOR THOSE THAT Gild VIA SQUARE-ENIX...

    Get to world wide web.findmyorder.com and input your information. You will see ii new UNLOCK Code and SERIAL NUMBER. Write them down or shop them somewhere safe. And input new serial number in the launcher and information technology should unlock your business relationship.

  10. With Green Man Gaming, if y'all ordered from in that location they should of sent y'all the e-mail.
    They'll requite you your pre-order code once more and the Game Activation Code, it'll be at the bottom of the e-mail (or close to it). That is what you use to active your game over again.

  12. There was no announcements nor emails regardless to new code for launcher. God, you're such an idiot.

  14. If you lot ordered Directly from SE, you should have gotten an email a few days ago with the new fundamental. Make sure to check your spam folder every bit the email address is webhelp.v4@digitalriver.com

    The e-mail should have been something to this event:

    The bolded line is the code you will demand to enter. The code you originally entered prior to today was for Early Access only. You will need to enter the new lawmaking you received in your email as today was the original day that the Early Access period was slated to end.

    Keep in mind that the codes listed in a higher place take been inverse and are just an case only.

  15. I recieved this email on Tuesday the 27th and registered the Digital Rights code that same day. Sounds like for some reason people are simply receiving this e-mail at present. I wanted my Collectors Edition items so I watched my email like a hawk.

  17. I had this exact aforementioned problem. I preordered information technology from SE site, and got a confirmation email. DAYS LATER I got another confirmation email with an entirely different code...after I had already installed the game, and was playing information technology. Of form, I become to log on, and they say I need to enter the code again. The second electronic mail they sent me with the new code had gone to my spam binder to make things worse, and then I was really dislocated. I have no thought why they made this so terribly confusing, but I hope paying the subscription fee in the time to come won't testify to be so challenging.
  18. I received mine on the 27th as well. I wanted my Behemoth Barding :joyful: and then i was constantly checking my e-mail. But hoping the info helps those who may not watch their email accounts as closely as you or I do.
